Our calamari is grilled NOT fried. It's a play on the spanish and portuguese dish "calamari a la planche". We take tubes & tentacles and sautéed them over extremely high heat and finish it with seared poblano peppers (a relatively mild green pepper), fresh lemon and shaved garlic
