We dice, fresh, sushi-grade, raw, ahi tuna and toss with sesame oil & cilantro. We then carefully use peeled & diced cucumbers and sliced avocado to build a tartare cylinder. Our tuna tartare is served with our house-fried wonton chips which are made daily.
